Hi, I’m Kai, and I launched Kai Does Maths Tutoring because I know what it’s like to want clarity and confidence in maths.

I’ve always loved problem-solving, and I was fortunate to achieve A* grades in GCSE and A-Level Maths before earning my Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Maths isn’t about being naturally gifted, it’s about having the right guidance, strategies, and support.

I started this tutoring service because I saw too many students struggle with low confidence, confusing explanations, and ineffective learning methods.

Schools often rush through topics, leaving students behind, and traditional tutoring can feel uninspiring. My goal is to change that.

I specialise in GCSE Maths tutoring (1:1 & small group classes), using an approach that:
